Primordial Ooze:
The Primordial Ooze project was created by DJ’s Kaiser Soze and S.O.T. Flowing sounds that seem to bubble and evolve like primitive life forms. These bundles of frequencies collaborate in a swarm like manner, creating intelligent patterns and movement. The Ooze sound creates a unique twist on the ever changing sound of psychedelic music.

Annunaki
The Annunaki first arrived on Earth probably 450,000 years ago, seeking an exotic beat to facilitate their trance states. Eventually we came to call them by many names, such as “the Nephilim” in Genesis, or simply “gods”. Whichever they are, they genetically engineered Homo Sapiens as perfect biological machines for dancing by crossing extraterrestrial genes with those of Homo erectus. Still incomplete, the machines required new patterns and rhythms to function to their fullest potential. So the “gods” searched, and waited, eventually finding the patterns and rhythms in Goa, India, where they studied and recorded these new patterns of mental concentration. Now their research has come to a close as the Annunaki prepare to enact their creations. Are they gods of good, or gods of evil?

Cold project is Ian Jukes AKA G.E.M_37 (1978) and Ivan Steyn AKA Sense (1978). Both hail from completely different musical backgrounds, but both have a common interest in dark electronic dance music produced in early 2000’s from the likes of Son Kite, Tegma and Ticon and many more of the forest trance Scandinavian producers. Cold Project came to be in late 2005, with a will to create something dark and different within the local South African scene, and a goal to create music which bridges the ever growing gap between progressive and full on trance.
Cold Project aims to make music with enough headroom to get lost in, within the darker spectrum of trance. Over the last few years they have tweaked their sound into something special. A sound that is true to the word progressive as each live set aims to take you from the lighter side of the evening all the way into deep night time progressive. The music is seriousand moody with big sounds and grinding electronic beats.
